The office staff and maintenance is great. The apartments are pretty well kept and generally not much ever needs to be fixed. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood and everyone is generally very nice. Ive been here for 3 years and could honestly see staying here longer. The only downfall is unless you pay for parking good luck getting a space anywhere near your apartment. well really even if you do pay for it good luck

Its a good place

Its pretty good. Walls are fairly thin though. Parking lot is patrolled, so spaces are almost always available near your apartment. Most apartments have assigned spots anyways.

You cant beat the entire experience from maintnance to manager. All are wonderful and just make the living atmosphere so calming, relaxing and so enjoyable. The apartments are also beautifully layed out. Comfort and convenience to anywhere you need to be. LOVE IT, LOVE IT LOVE IT!!

We are a family of three, one 11 year old son. We are very pleased with the complex and the staff goes the extra mile to make it a very pleasant place to live. It is quiet, pretty and well maintained. My friends commented on how they never see the maintenance guys just hang around, they are always busy, working on whatever needs to be done.
